Surface mount (SMT)
Stencil-less paste deposition on our MyData MY500, and high-speed placement on our MY12 system: up to 21,000 components per hour, with fine-pitch and micro-BGA capability.
Through-hole & mixed technology
Our through-hole team brings over 40 combined years of experience. Including boards that combine SMT and through-hole on a single assembly.
Cable & sub-assemblies
Coax cables, wire harnesses, transformers and inductors, assembled and tested from a single unit to several thousand, using our specialized cable and label-printing equipment.
Test & inspection
Every board passes automatic optical inspection, with GlenBrook X-ray verification and Trident cleanliness testing available for joints that can't be checked visually.

Files reviewed for manufacturability. Our MY500 jet-printer can program paste deposits straight from Gerber data, eliminating stencils for fast prototype turns.
SMT assembly
Components placed on our MY12 pick-and-place system, with automatic optical inspection scanning every board for missing or misplaced parts.
Through-hole & mixed tech
Our through-hole technicians complete wave, selective and hand-soldered assembly, alone or combined with SMT on the same board.
Test, clean & ship
Detailed testing and review processes ensure everything is to spec. Final inspection signs off before your order ships.

Alongside contract manufacturing, Allendale designs and builds the FizzWizz, an automated carbonation system for breweries, under our BrewWizz brand. It is the same engineering, assembly and quality discipline we bring to every customer's project, applied to a product line of our own. Since 2016, FizzWizz has shipped to breweries on four continents, cutting CO2 waste and product loss during carbonation.
